To confirm a reservation, we require a deposit equal to one half of the total bill for your stay made by cash, check or credit card. The balance will be due upon arrival. Check-in is from 3:00 until 6:00 PM, scheduled with the hostess. Please notify us in advance of late arrivals. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Harbor House is smoke-free. Smoking is allowed on the porches in designated areas. Cancellation & Refund Policy Please notify us immediately if a cancellation becomes necessary. Reservations cancelled 7 days or more in advance of the reserved date are eligible for refund of the deposit less a $35.00 service charge. Deposits will be forfeited if cancelled less than 7 days before the reserved date. Failure to arrive is considered a cancellation. You will be charged for all dates reserved, so please confirm dates carefully.
