Spiced Nuts
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1teaspoon salt
- 1teaspoon ground cumin
- 1teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 2 cups whole almonds
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 2 cups cashews
- 2 cups peanuts
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat; stir in spices. Add almonds and cook 4 minutes stirring constantly. Add other nuts, stirring until well coated. Spread in a pan. Bake 325 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
