Blissful Crab Bisque

In a 3 quart saucepan, melt butter. Add onion and carrot and cook until tender. Stir in flour, seafood seasoning, celery salt, and white pepper. Gradually add cream, stirring constantly. Stir in crabmeat, wine, parsley and salt. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Do not boil. Sprinkle each serving with ground red pepper.

Serve hot. Makes 6 side-dish servings.
